It's been a growing experience to be on the HOA board for the past two years and to have helped direct it and see the growth of the community during that time. We've been a part of Leigh Creek Estates for 20 years. I have owned my own business for 25 years and feel it's important to have an HOA that is in touch with what is happening today and is run as a business, but is also responsive to the members but not overbearing. I believe in planning for the future and look forward to our expanding neighborhood.

I have served in the Leigh Creeks Estates HOA Board since we built our home in 2019. My family and I love our neighborhood and have worked to build positive relationships with all our neighbors, new and old. My experience in construction and infrastructure provides a unique point of view that I feel is valuable to our board as we continue to grow our community. For these reasons I would appreciate your support as I seek reelection to the Leigh Creek Estates HOA board.

Idaho has been home for the past 34 years after graduating from Texas A&M. Retired after 32 years at the Idaho lab. After years as a nuclear engineer and a certified project manager, I finished my career as the director of Nuclear Programs and Work for Others managing a team of engineers and scientists responsible for Hundreds of millions in research and development projects. I am currently retired in Idaho Falls and I spend most of my time trying to figure out how to escape Idaho's winters :) and traveling aboard.

Although my availability is limited due to travel, my main goal in participating as member of the HOA leadership is to keep the subdivision requirements and rules to a minimum while looking for efficient approaches to resolves issues and challenge as they arise.

I have served as a (mostly) remote board member for the last two years, and as board secretary for the last year. Being 1,200+ miles away for most of that time has had posed challenges to be an effective and fully-participating board member, but the other directors have been great to work with and very accommodating. I've appreciated the opportunity, through board participation, to get to know our neighbors and become familiar with HOA needs and responsibilities.

If the membership will continue to have me, I'm happy to continue as a director and would look forward to doing so from across or down the road vs. across the country now that we've completed construction and made Teton Valley our home!

I am once again asking for your support in serving as a Director on the Leigh Creek Estates HOA Board for the remainder of 2025 and until the members meeting in 2026.

The HOA has made steady progress during this past year and I am happy to be a part of that progress. Our accounting system and state registration as a non-profit corporation better aligns with State requirements in no small part because of the service and expertise of Andrew Kupser as treasurer. Our road work continues to bear up under increasing traffic but requires on-going maintenance, particularly with the heavy construction and service traffic (think home construction, RAD refuse service, delivery services and other contractor services). Because of your efforts, contractors, deliverymen, residents and visitors have been increasingly responsive to the need for slower speeds and more careful driving as our resident population continues to increase. The Board has implemented a relocation of the mailboxes and, upon everyone's transition that should make mail delivery safer and more reliable and subject our residents' postal boxes to less damage by County snowplows. We will have more issues to discuss in the forthcoming members meeting, but I am confident that those issues can be solved with persistence.

We are fortunate to have this subdivision for our homes. The view is one of the best in the valley, the location is excellent, the lots are spacious, everyone has chosen to build substantial homes of which they can be proud and the neighbors are good people. It is my honor to assist with the proper development of Leigh Creek Estates.

We need you to participate in the members meeting this Saturday, July 26th, either in-person or by Zoom. Please also support the activities of the HOA by casting your vote, either at the meeting or by e-mail, for the Directors of your choice.
